OUTLOOK: tiny-small windswell transition to swell as a fairly weak low out to sea is setting up an Easterly fetch over ocean.

    CONDITIONS: flat, with brisk Offshore winds.
    OUTLOOK: Next chance of waves with a storm wed/thurday..seem like it will be in the fun sized range with winds swinging N-NW on Thursday.
