Rare Manta Ray Washes Up In Massachusetts

It seems the news is in a flurry about all the marine creatures around us lately, this one, was pulled out of the water down at the base of the Beverly/Salem bridge at Stromberg's,  11 ft Manta ray, pretty cool. There is some some video of it too.
